Hot Three Cheese Dill Artichoke Bake

INGREDIENTS

- 1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (about 2 ounces)
- 1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese (about 1-1/2 ounce)
- 1/3 cup minced fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a food processor, combine artichoke hearts, mozzarella
and Swiss cheeses, dill, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon
juice, garlic and cayenne. Process on and off just until
combined but still chunky. Place in a small casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Broil 3 to 5 minutes just until
top is slightly browned. Serve warm with crackers.
